Dr. Genevieve Fernandes graduated from Columbia University, New York in 1996 and then did a General Practice Residency program at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. She won the Betty Weinstein Memorial award for the best research paper at Monmouth Medical Center. Prior to receiving her D.D.S. degree from Columbia University, she received her B.D.S. degree from Government Dental College and Hospital, Bombay. She then proceeded to do a clinical residency program at that University in Bombay. Based on her excellent test scores she was selected to join Columbia University, and then based on her excellent clinical skills and test scores at Columbia University, she was the only one chosen for the residency program at Monmouth Medical Center. Dr. Genevieve Fernandes also graduated from an intense implant program from New York University. Dr. Genevieve Fernandes currently also serves on the Committee at the Columbia University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Genevieve Fernandes is a member of the American Dental Implant Association. Dr. Genevieve Fernandes has the fine skills of a surgeon and the gentle caring touch of a mother.
